Quantity takeoffs
Material and area quantities measured from plans in Bluebeam Revu and PlanSwift.
I do quantity takeoffs and CSI-based estimates in Bluebeam Revu and PlanSwift, and I build automated lead generation systems that bring in new clients.
TOOLS I WORK WITH

With 7+ years on real construction sites behind me, I read plans the way a builder does. I send back organized quantities, scope checks, and estimates your team can price from, and I automate the work of finding new clients.

Type a business type and a city. The workflow scrapes Google Maps, cleans and filters the results, and drops ready-to-call leads into a Google Sheet with name, address, phone, website, category and rating.
Watches a Gmail inbox, pulls the key details out of each tracked email, flags the urgent ones, and logs everything to a tracker sheet.

Reads each lead from a sheet, has Google Gemini score how well it fits your ideal client, and writes the result back. A built-in retry handles AI hiccups so no lead is skipped.

Visits each prospect's website, checks that the company is active and the contact is verified, then has Gemini draft a personalized first email, saved to the sheet for review.

Watches an inbox for emailed PDF reports, saves a copy to Google Drive, converts each page to an image, and has AI read the figures into a structured Google Sheet. A backup path handles files the main converter can't.
Send me your plans or tell me what you need. I'll reply with how I can help.
